With extensive experience optimizing operations in a growing legal environment, Molly excels at creating streamlined systems that enhance efficiency and communication. Molly believes that most challenges stem from miscommunication. She approaches every situation with a level head and an open mind, focusing on practical, solutions-driven strategies that benefit both clients and the firm.

Before breaking into the legal industry, Molly worked as a certified Sommelier in the wine and spirits world. While she no longer curates wine lists, she still knows how to saber a bottle of champagne at a holiday party.

Outside of work, Molly enjoys thrifting, book clubs, igniting a dance floor, and spending time with small (all) dogs. Her strategic mindset, no-nonsense approach, and enthusiasm for structure ensure that the firm operates at its best and continues to deliver the seamless experience clients deserve.
